Offered is this rare Confederate imprint with Archival stamp, dated December 22, 1863. The document certifies by the Confederate Congress the copyright for the publication of “Hardee’s Rifle and Infantry Tactics” – granted to William J. Hardee and/or Sigismund Heinrich Goetzel of S.H. Goetzel Publishing. A faint archival stamp is noted at the upper center of the paper.
Dimensions are 6” x 9.5” and condition is very good.
