Text: “ Given the Medical board of investigation into the sanitary condition of the Army, desires to be informed of as to.
The Brigade surgeons will require from each regimental surgeon a report with the information desired, which they will transmit with their own reports therein, to Morris J. Arch assistant surgeon U.S.A.____of the Board at Surgeon Genls. Office.
Reports will be furnished in time for all, with the final reports of the Brigade Surgeons to be transmitted to the Surgeon Genls Office by the Mail _____ and Monday morning—23rd December ‘ by Order of Brig. Genl. McCall. / L.F. McKinney /Asst. Surg. 11th Reg. PRC.
