This limited printing first edition was published by a committee of the regimental association in 1909.   It features a printed photo of a group of regimental officers between the flyleaf and title page. A 1.5” separation of the title page from the binding is noted at the top edge.  The title page shows minor foxing, with the remainder of the pages in excellent condition. The blue cloth cover features embossed text with gold gilt, and horizontal floral patterns.  The condition of the cover rates as excellent, with only a few minor spots of surface dirt.  The front cover corners show miniscule wear – nearly not worth noting. Embossments on the flyleaf and page 101 denote the book as formerly of The Old Stone House Museum in New York.

A rare regimental in excellent condition – the perfect item for the fine Civil War bibliophile.  [cm][ph:L]
